Our Objetives

Our objectives are to provide support and improve the lives of patients with advanced cancer and other palliative care 
illnesses, their families, and caregivers, by improving their quality of life through healthcare, practical, material, 
spiritual, and psychological support. They live in the following communities:

Alameda, Fuente de Piedra, Humilladero, Mollina, Villanueva de Algaidas, Cuevas Bajas, Sierra de Yeguas, Bobadilla, 
Antequera, Archidona, Cartaojal, Cuevas de San Marcos, Campillos, and La Roda de Andalucía.

To achieve these objectives, the Girasol Association offers the following services:

- Support and advice: Healthcare, psychological, social, spiritual, and material for patients, their families, and caregivers
- Develop home care.
- Offer a portfolio of palliative care services.
- Collect, produce, and distribute information related to the association's activities.
- Build relationships with local and other authorities.
- Work with local communities.
- Develop a training program for professionals and volunteers.
